With Jasmine Herndon, CCP and Affineur at Murray’s Cheese Caves in New York
By popular demand, our wine and cheese classes are returning in 2025!
The first installation, on January 18th, will be a class focused on the relationship between terroir and fermented foods and will feature four cheeses from Murray’s Caves in New York, with wine pairings and house accompaniments selected by us at Pirouette.
You may have heard, what grows together goes together. But why is that? The importance of ‘terroir,’ a word loved in the wine world, is equally relevant in the discussion of cheeses, these complex and delicate foods produced by living cultures that reflect the environment of their origin.
Classes are at 12pm and 3pm
Tickets are $75 per person, and class is limited to 16 guests at our community table.
